convenient city center stay
prime location responsive host comfy bed clean bathroom
The location is unbeatable. I was right in the heart of the city. i appreciated being steps away from grafton street (it's really just seconds away). the staff arranged smooth airport transfers and were quick to respond. the comfy bed and clean bathroom were definite pluses for my short visit.
The 4 pm check-in felt a bit late. An earlier check-in would have been great.

the hotel is centrally located on a vibrant street. i found great pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. the hotel is also close to shopping areas (this makes it easy to get around).

my room had effective room darkening blinds and well-insulated windows. this kept the space quiet. i had a corner room facing two streets (the view was nice).

the reception desk operates during business hours. outside those hours, access codes are sent by the host. the staff were helpful and friendly (i was especially thankful for their help).

there are many food options nearby the hotel. i found multiple pubs and restaurants just a short walk away. guests can easily find various cuisines within minutes.

The location was central, it allowed easy walking access to many attractions. The room included a washing machine. a cooker. I also liked that the fridge contained complimentary cokes and a bottle of water.
The elevator had a slight unpleasant odor.

malfunctioning washing machine bad elevator smell
The location was indeed perfect. Most sightseeing spots were within easy reach.
The washing machine did not work. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom, and no paper towels in the kitchen. The elevator smelled badly, reminiscent of a dead animal. It was quite off-putting!
